John
Had a peaceful and relaxing weekend getaway in the countryside. The room was comfortable and had excellent quality amenities, including a fireplace and a bath. The location was perfect for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Loved the privacy and tranquility of the hotel grounds. The pool area was also lovely.
The gravel drive to the hotel was a bit tricky to navigate, especially on a motorbike. Limited English language skills of the staff made communication a bit challenging.

Great design in a very remote location... Just a bit like chic camping in certain respects. We stayed in a kube which had great charms and privacy/romance... And had a good simple lunch fare. Amazing night of full moon and views over the mountain range. Absolutely charming and accommodating staff! Greeted us with marvelous grace, and put together a picnic basket for us. Could not have been more available and helpful to our needs. A great getaway!
Good to know that the chef is not in on mondays and tuesdays... So the menu online is not available those days. If staying in a Kube - is not agreeable to long-term travelers - if you have big "luggage", instead of an overnight or weekend bag, since the trek to the Kube's is a bit distant from the carpark - and over lots of gravel. While the design brings elegance - this is still rustic locale.

Staff is very helpful and accomodating. Restaurant is great. The design of the hotel, and the cube rooms in particular, is incredible and something to experience. Beautiful mountain views and a cozy fireplace. The hiking in the region is really great too.
